Thae Yong-ho, a former North Korean diplomat, said he would not talk to the U.S. while North Korea receives money to support Russia's war in Ukraine.

Secretary-General Tae Young-ho told a podcast at the Think Tank Institute for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C., on the 12th local time that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will not open dialogue with the U.S. or China as long as he receives money from military cooperation and dispatch with Russia.

But once the war in Ukraine is over, it says it may restore relations with China or other countries again.Secretary-General
Tae said the new U.S. government should also continue to say that North Korea's denuclearization is an unwavering goal and that it will never compromise, and try every possible way to persuade China to side with the U.S. and South Korea.

North Korea's dispatch of troops to Russia is currently kept a secret from North Koreans, but he said it will not be easy to hide it if the number of North Korean casualties increases in the future.

If the North Korean military raises its criminal record in Russia without causing significant casualties, Kim Jong-un added that North Korea would internally justify its development of nuclear weapons with the logic that it could support Russia with its forces thanks to its possession of nuclear weapons.
