Dubon Korea (CEO Jongwon Baek), a restaurant franchise company, announced on the 12th that it held a "win-win meeting" at its headquarters in Gangnam-gu for shared growth with the franchisees of Yeondon Volkatsu.

Dubon Korea runs regular store owner meetings to share win-win activities led by the headquarters and specific growth strategies in the future. In this year's third meeting, we had time to communicate about the headquarters' efforts and practical results on the sales growth plan announced to store owners in early September and ways to sustain growth in the future.

Dubon Korea said at the meeting, "We have created a stable sales structure through continuous efforts to strengthen the profits of the annual money Volkatsu store owners." Since 2022, Dubon Korea has cut the supply price of eight major ingredients and aggressively conducted sales promotion activities, including 100% discount promotions led by its headquarters, over a total of 11 times over the past year.

According to Dubon Korea, the popularity of the newly introduced "Lid-Open Chicken Lunch Box (Ttuyeolchi)" menu in July has been effective in increasing sales. Since the launch of the product, sales between August and October have increased by about 124% compared to July, and the average monthly sales per store has exceeded 34 million won as of last October, the company said. Due to the synergy of promotion through Jongwon Baek's YouTube channel, the daily sales per store of the menu reached more than 311 during the promotion period (October 15-17).

Dubon Korea said, "We will continue to strengthen and operate a 'win-win cooperative communication organization' to boost stable sales and improve real profits for store owners, and will focus on professional R&D teams and brand teams to develop additional hit menus that are the basis for sales growth."

In addition, on the 8th, the company plans to further accelerate external efforts to expand brand awareness by signing an MOU with the Korea Railroad Corporation and Korail Distribution to enter the fried rice lunch box, the representative menu of Yeondon Volkatsu in KTX history.
