"Sausages for barbecue are high in saturated fat and sodium...Beware of excessive intake"

The saturated fat and sodium content of camping barbecue sausages are relatively high, so care must be taken to avoid excessive consumption at once.

According to a survey by the Korea Consumer Agency of 14 products of Frank Sausage and Kilvasa Sausage, the saturated fat and sodium content per 100 grams reached 30-63% of the daily nutritional content standard.

The product price per 100 grams was up to 2.7 times different from 1,144 won to 3,500 won.

The Korea Consumer Agency cautioned that eating sausage and ramen together can exceed the standard of daily intake of saturated fat and sodium with just one meal.

As for saturated fat based on 100g of sausage, "Lotte Essen Podeuk Superbic" had the most at 9.5g, and CJ Cheil Jedang's "Double Aging Frank" had the least at 5.8g.

The sodium content of 100g of sausage was the highest at 929mg in 'John Cook Delimitte Italian sausage', right?Meat and meat double-aging Kilvasa' was the least at 602mg.

Among the 14 surveyed, three products, Lotte Well Food, Sajo Daerim, and Lotte Well Food, needed improvement because there was a difference in nutritional content and actual content.

In addition, there is no information to guide the removal of packaging materials during microwave cooking, so the Korea Consumer Agency recommended improvement.
