This morning (14th) was the warmest ever CSAT day ever held in November.
The temperature in Seoul this morning was 13.2 degrees, 7.5 degrees higher than last year's CSAT and 9.2 degrees higher than usual.
The agency attributed this to the continued inflow of warm air from the south along the edge of the mobile high pressure.
The year when the temperature was the highest among the previous CSAT days was 2011, when the morning temperature in Seoul was 10.9 degrees.
