"Musk's SpaceX Valuates KRW 350 Trillion in Corporate Value of Stock Offering"

SpaceX, an unlisted space company founded and managed by Elon Musk, has reportedly been valued at $2,500 and about 349.5 trillion won.

Citing sources, Reuters said SpaceX will go ahead with a tender offer next month to sell its existing shares for $135 (about 189,000 won) per share.

This represents SpaceX's overall enterprise value valued at more than $2,500, he explained.

SpaceX's corporate value was valued at $210 billion in a similar stock tender in June, which has soared to $40 billion (about 55.9 trillion won) in six months since then.

SpaceX did not respond to a request for comment.

SpaceX's sharp improvement in corporate value appears to reflect Musk's much stronger influence as he has helped U.S. President-elect Donald Trump win the presidential election, Reuters noted.

SpaceX, in particular, has a government agency, NASA, as its biggest customer, and investors expect SpaceX's government contract orders to grow even larger in the future, and the company to see greater growth due to the easing of regulations on rocket launches and other activities.
