Zelenskyy "I have to do my best to end the war next year"

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said: "We must do our best to ensure that the war ends next year."

"The war must end through diplomatic means," Zelenskyy said in a Ukrainian radio interview broadcast on the 16th local time.

President Zelensky also admitted that the situation in eastern Ukraine is difficult, and Russia is advancing.

"One of the reasons is that the U.S. Congress delayed months in approving Ukraine aid," he said. "But now a new reserve with long-awaited equipment will arrive."
