"Drunk Driving" Moon Da-hye sent to the prosecution...a charge of violating the Road Traffic Act

The Yongsan Police Station in Seoul handed over Dahye, the daughter of former President Moon Jae In, to the prosecution today (19th) on charges of drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act.

Moon is suspected of driving in Itaewon-dong, Seoul, at around 2:50 a.m. on the 5th of last month while intoxicated with the level of license cancellation and bumping into a taxi that was following him.

Earlier, the police raided an oriental clinic where a taxi driver was treated to consider whether to charge Moon with additional dangerous driving injuries, but in the end, they only charged him with violating the Road Traffic Act.
