background
Elon Musk's moon and Mars exploration spacecraft "Starship," developed by SpaceX, conducted its sixth test flight on the 19th (local time). U.S. President-elect Donald Trump attended the launch in person and showed off his close relationship with Musk.

The launch at 4 p.m. (US Central Time) at the "Starbase" in Boca Chica, Texas, suffered some setbacks. I gave up the recovery of my first stage booster within four minutes of launch, and I ended up crash landing in the Gulf of Mexico.

SpaceX said, "The booster did not come within the range of the rocket arm," adding, "It is still in the technology development stage." In the fifth test last month, the booster was successful for the first time.

On this day, Trump visited the scene with Senator Ted Cruz and heard the explanation directly from CEO Musk. Musk has emerged as Trump's closest ally in the recent U.S. presidential election by strongly supporting him.
