Lee Min-ho and Gong Hyo-jin 'Ask the Stars'…Korea's First Space Background Drama Released in January

Korea's first space office drama "Ask the Stars" has been confirmed for January next year.

tvN's new Saturday drama "Ask the Stars" depicts the life of boss Eve (played by Gong Hyo-jin) working on a zero-gravity space station and an uninvited dinosaur (Lee Min-ho) with a secret mission. It is attracting a lot of attention as it is the first space office building in the background of the space station in Korea.

In particular, romantic comedy master Seo Sook-hyang and director Park Shin-woo, who formed a thick fan base with delicate directing, work together again after "The incarnation of Jealousy." On top of that, all the trusted actors such as Lee Min-ho, Gong Hyo-jin, Oh Jung-se, Han Ji-eun, Kim Joo-heon, Lee El, Lee Cho-hee, and Heo Nam-jun will appear to raise expectations.In the

play, Lee Min-ho plays the role of a dinosaur, an obstetrician and gynecologist who will stay on the space station for a few days as a space tourist. Dinosaurs are the preliminary sweethearts of MZ Group, the nation's top tycoon, who goes to space with a secret mission that no one can tell.

Commander Eve Kim, who protects the space station, is played by Gong Hyo-jin. Eve Kim, who took her first mission as a commander and went to the space station, is a perfectionist who strictly follows the principles and does not tolerate any mistakes in a universe where all kinds of dangers lie.

Oh Jung-se transforms into Kang Kang-soo, a fruit fly research scientist working on the space station. Kang Kang-soo, the second son of the owner family of a global financial company, suddenly entered space after living a leisurely life and is enjoying a dangerous deviation.

The role of Choi Dae-eun, the lover of dinosaurs, is played by Han Ji-eun. It is the only remaining blood of MZ Group Chairman, whom all Koreans know, and is a role model for Korean women and an ideal type for men with beauty, intelligence, and ability.

Actors who are responsible for the earth and space and will add vitality with their heavy presence are also attracting attention. Kim Joo-heon, who has the ability to digest characters between good and evil, plays Park Dong-ah, a veteran astronaut at the MCC Ground Control Center in Seoul, and I.L., who has unrivaled charisma, plays the role of Kang Chief, who manages and directs the MCC Ground Control Center linking space and Earth.

Lee Cho-hee, who has also captivated viewers with her adorable energy, tries to play a double role as twin sisters Minari and Donari characters with opposite personalities. Rising star Heo Nam-joon plays Lee Seung-joon, a space scientist who studies dementia mice in space, heralding a pleasant chemistry with Lee Min-ho, Gong Hyo-jin, Oh Jung-se and Lee Cho-hee.

"Ask the Stars" tells the universal story of people living through the intertwined relationship of heavily armed characters with various personalities, foreshadowing the birth of a never-before-seen space office. Ask the Stars will premiere at 9:20 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
