A man who hit a boy in the head on the street is shocking.

On the 19th, JTBC's 'Case Team Leader' reported on the child assault incident in Seo-gu, Incheon, on the day of 'Child Abuse Prevention Day'.

The informant A claimed, "A man who appeared to be a father on the street on the afternoon of the 17th assaulted a boy who appeared to be a lower grade elementary school student while smoking."

The video reported by A showed a man hitting a child's head. Even though the child was completely empty, he grabbed his head, pressed it, and even hit the stomach with his knees.

A said, "A woman who appeared to be the child's mother restrained the man, but the child's face was bright red," adding, "The younger-looking girl stood still, unable to move a step as if she had become a wooden stone."

"I witnessed the assault, but I couldn't report it right away because I thought it would be useless if I ran away," he said, adding, "I thought I should report this case to everyone from the standpoint of raising a child."

Finally, A said, "No matter what wrong you have done, hitting a child on the street is child abuse. The local community should step up to eradicate it, he stressed.
