Min Hee-jin, the former CEO of A-Door who gave birth to New Jeans, announced his resignation amid extreme conflict with Hive. However, as he declared that he would hold Hive legally responsible, the spark of conflict still seems to be alive.

Today (20th), former CEO Min said, "We intend to terminate the inter-shareholder contract signed with Hive and hold Hive legally responsible for violations of the inter-shareholder contract."

Former CEO Min sent an internal complaint email in April against Hive's attempt to audit. In response, he said, "Hive's ugly lies and hypocrisy are coming out one after another. He continued to criticize intensely, saying, "I put a strange frame on me, a minority shareholder and CEO, and did a witch hunt."

In particular, former CEO Min pointed out that Hive showed a dual attitude, such as trying to bury himself and submitting a contract for commission of production work filled with toxic clauses. He pointed out, "Even though they were unilaterally dismissed, they spread false information to the media that they had decided to step down from the CEO and take charge of production."

Former CEO Min said, "I didn't want to get on with this twisted organization and settle down by sticking to money as if I'm not alive just because I'm breathing." In addition, "I've spent the last seven months trying to rehabilitate Adore, which has been broken by Hive's serious breach of shareholder contracts. I've been working hard to protect Newzins," he stressed.

Finally, former CEO Min said, "This rare case is not over yet," signaling a legal response to Hive, adding, "I hope you will pay a lot of attention to the new K-pop journey that will unfold in the future."
