Like the sentence of the Public Official Election Act, there is no live broadcast benefit when considering various legal interests comprehensively.

The 33rd Criminal Department of the Seoul Central District Court, which was in charge of the first trial of perjury teacher Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, said it would not allow the live broadcast of the sentence next week.

Next Monday, the first trial of perjury teachers will be held in the middle court of West Officer 311, as in the first trial of the election law.

It will move to a 100-seat heavy court, which is larger than the small court where the existing trial was conducted, to strengthen security checks for audiences.

Thirty-six seats, excluding the seats of litigation officials and reporters, will be allocated to the general public, and the court will receive applications for two days and then proceed with the lottery.

There are only a few people who will watch the sentence in court, but it is expected that there will be a large crowd from conservatives and progressives around Seocho-dong on the day.
