"Public-private Leads Sustainable Plastic Circulation Economy"

A public-private partnership will be launched to lead the sustainable plastic circulation economy.

The Ministry of Environment announced that it will launch the Sustainable Plastic Circulation Economy Initiative in BEXCO, Busan, tomorrow (25th).

The launch ceremony will be attended by Environment Minister Kim Wan-seop and companies and associations representing the domestic plastic industry, and will also adopt a declaration of implementation containing the will to transform the plastic circular economy.

The declaration of implementation will include contributing to achieving the goal of using renewable raw materials and taking the lead in the spread of plastic reduction behavior.
