He belatedly recognized that part of the luxury villa owned by singer Psy was illegally expanded and was fined.

Psy's agency said today (26th), "When I moved into the villa in 2007, I had a new house sold by the owner and lived in it for more than 17 years, and I have not changed or expanded its use since it was sold."

This is an explanation for the Biz Korea report that Psy failed to comply with the order to correct the violation building on the 25th and was forced to pay the implementation penalty.

Psy said, "Since then, a civil complaint has been filed, we have become aware that there was an illegal extension of the building at the time of the initial construction."

In response, Psy, along with other householders in the villa, is preparing to correct the illegal extension.

Regarding the situation in which the compulsory performance fee was not implemented for a year, he said, "It was only a arrears due to a delay in confirming the notice, and we are currently paying in full."
