The Democratic Party of Korea said it has not yet been decided whether to vote on the Kim Gun-hee independent counsel law, which is about to be re-voted, at the plenary session the day after tomorrow (28th).

Floor spokesman Kang Yoo-jung met with reporters after the floor meeting and said, "As we had previously announced, it could be a second vote on the 28th or it could be delayed, but the discussion itself has not been concluded yet."

He then said that as the ruling party's division is becoming visible due to the issue of the party's bulletin board, there are two opinions that if the re-vote is delayed, we can expect an organized departure vote, and that it is better to go along as originally planned.

He also explained that he plans to report the impeachment of three prosecutors, including the chief of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, to the National Assembly's plenary session on the 28th and vote on the 29th, as announced.

He also predicted that the parliamentary investigation into the death of Chae Sang-byung would be approved at a plenary session in early December, saying that if the ruling party does not submit a list of members of the special committee on national affairs.Spokesperson

added that the goal is to keep the legal deadline for handling the government budget by the 2nd of next month and to complete the revision of the tax law within the regular session of the National Assembly by the 10th of next month.
