Mountain and Taebaek in Gangwon Province, where preliminary special warnings were issued earlier, began to snow early and a heavy snow warning was issued as of 4 p.m.

Currently, rain has begun again in the central region due to the influence of rain clouds coming in from the front end of the barometric valley, and it is snowing mainly in the mountainous areas of Gangwon-do, where the temperature is low.

In particular, strong and heavy snow of 1 to 3 cm per hour is expected to be concentrated in Gangwon Province from dawn to night tomorrow, and in the Seoul metropolitan area and some inland areas from dawn to morning.
