Prosecutors Seize and Search People's Power Over 'Suspected Intervention in Nomination'

Prosecutors investigating the "suspected intervention in the nomination" have launched a search and seizure of the People's Power Party.

The Changwon District Prosecutors' Office raided the central headquarters of the People's Power in Yeouido, Seoul, this morning (27th).

It is to secure data related to the nomination of Changwon Uichang district for the 2022 parliamentary by-elections.

The prosecution also raided the party's planning and coordination bureau in the National Assembly, following the central party's organizing bureau.
