The president and his wife's cell phone call...Attorney General "for what reason?"

The Minister of Justice drew a line over the claim that the mobile phones of the Yoon Suk Yeol President and his wife, who were suspected of having inappropriate contact with Myung Tae-kyun, should be raided.

Justice Minister Park Sung-jae appeared at a plenary session of the National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee today (27th) and answered the demand for Park Eun-jung of the Cho Kuk Innovation Party to "seizure and search the phones of the president and his wife."

When Representative Park emphasized that "he would be criticized by the public for his poor investigation," he countered, "I did more investigations than you did, don't say anything recklessly."

Regarding the criticism that the investigation team could not find Myung's mobile phone, he said, "I understand that they are trying to seize and search in various ways and find evidence."
