KIA Re-signs 'Ace Pitcher' Nail for $1.8 Million

Professional baseball champion KIA re-signed with ace and nail, who are the main players of the championship, for a total of $1.8 million and 2.5 billion won in our money.

Nail made her KBO debut this year and received a total of $700,000, and KIA honored the ace by more than doubling the guaranteed amount.

Nail went 12-5 with a 2.53 ERA in 26 appearances this year, and she returned to the Korean Series after fracturing her jaw joint in August to lead the championship.

Nail said, "I'm happy to be accompanied by KIA next year," adding, "I'll build up my body well in the offseason and win the trophy next year."
