Hyundai Motor and Kia officially launch wearable robots...Assisted shoulder and arm strength without power

Hyundai Motor and Kia have launched industrial 'wearable' and wearable robot 'Xable Shoulder'.

It is the first product made for commercialization among Hyundai Motor and Kia's wearable robot brands 'Xable', and it is a robot specialized in the field that supports upper arm strength such as shoulders and elbows and raises arms.

The biggest feature is that it operates without electric motors and reduces shoulder joint load by up to 60% and anterior and lateral trigonometric activity by up to 30% when worn.

Hyundai Motor and Kia expect that the expansion of "Xable Shoulder" throughout the industry will help prevent musculoskeletal diseases for workers.
