When the U.N. Security Council asked if the U.S. had sent North Korean troops to Russia, the North Korean side indirectly admitted.

North Korea indirectly admitted to sending troops, saying, "The comprehensive strategic partnership treaty between North Korea and Russia, including military cooperation, conforms to international law and the United Nations Charter."

Hwang Joon-guk, ambassador to the United Nations, urged the North to stop military cooperation with Russia and withdraw immediately, saying, "North Korean troops are engaged and are grasping information on casualties."

In the midst of this, Trump has named former Vice Presidential National Security Adviser Keith Kellogg, a former military general, as his special envoy to take charge of ending the war in Ukraine.

As UN Secretary-General António Guterres recently mentioned introducing a Korean-style ceasefire model in Ukraine, the issue of a ceasefire in Ukraine is expected to be discussed in earnest at the UN Security Council in the future.
