Ruling Party "Democratic Party, Legislative Coup With Impeachment, Budget...Attempt to paralyze state administration"

The People's Power accused the Democratic Party of abusing the power of the absolute majority of the party as effectively a "legislative coup" to stop the government.

Bae Joon-young, the deputy floor leader, issued a statement and pointed out that the Democratic Party has no choice but to see it as an attempt to overturn the country by overstepping the impeachment and special prosecutors of the Board of Audit and Inspection and cutting the government's essential budget.

Then, at the last meeting of floor leaders of the ruling and opposition parties, the chairman of the National Assembly urged them to correct the impeachment of the chairman of the Board of Audit and Inspection, saying he was surprised by the Democratic Party's self-existence attitude that made it a fait accompli.

Spokesperson Kim Yeon-joo also criticized the Democratic Party of Korea to stop attempting to paralyze state affairs, saying that the National Assembly's Special Committee on Budget and Accounts dealt with the budget cut by the presidential office, the prosecution, the police, and the Board of Audit and Inspection.
