Movie character parade for the end of the year in Santiago, Chile

A character parade was held for families in Santiago, Chile, for the first holiday of December.

The Associated Press reported that in Santiago, Chile, thousands of people enjoyed performances and marches of characters such as Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars filled with huge helium gas on the first day of local time.

The annual family parade in Chile, held at the end of the year, took place again this year in a 3-kilometer stretch from Santiago Salvador Avenue to Moneda.

In front of the presidential palace, a magic show was also held to boost the excitement of visitors, the Associated Press added.
