'Drug' Yoo Ah-in sells 6.3 billion won of detached house in Itaewon...1.7 billion won lower and a sudden disposition.

While actor Yoo Ah-in is on trial for habitual drug use, it is known that he sold a detached house in Itaewon-dong for 6.3 billion won.

Recently, Biz Korea reported that Yoo Ah-in sold his home in Itaewon-dong, Seoul. When it was put up for sale three years ago, it offered 8 billion won as the desired price for sale, but it was reported to have been sold for 6.3 billion won on the 20th of last month.

Yoo Ah-in's home was also introduced in MBC's "I Live Alone" in the past, and was purchased for 5.8 billion won in February 2016 under the name of his personal agency "U Company Limited."

It was also revealed that
was sold while the detached house was a 'violation building'. Yoo Ah-in installed a window on the first floor of the ground and extended 10.8㎡ without permission, but was caught during an on-site inspection by Yongsan-gu Office in August 2017. The corrective action order has not been restored to its original state for more than seven years, so the changed owner must pay the compulsory performance fee or restore it to its original state.

Yoo Ah-in is currently on trial on charges of habitual drug use. He is accused of administering propofol and other medical drugs 181 times, saying he will undergo sleep anesthesia for cosmetic procedures at hospitals in Seoul from September 2020 to March 2022.

In the first trial, Yoo was sentenced to one year in prison and fined 2 million won. The second trial of the appeals court was held on the 19th of last month, and the second trial is scheduled to be completed on the 24th of this month.
