A cold wave warning has been issued in Incheon as the temperature is expected to drop sharply as the cold air comes down.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, cold air is expected to come down as the cold continental high pressure expands in the north, and temperatures are expected to drop significantly tomorrow morning (3rd), and a cold wave warning has been issued for Incheon as of 4 p.m.
It is expected to be minus 4 degrees Celsius in Seoul and Incheon tomorrow morning, and minus 7 degrees Celsius in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, Cheorwon, Gangwon Province, and Daegwallyeong.
The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) urged special attention to rapid temperature changes, saying that the wind is strong and the wind chill may fall further.
Cold wave warnings are issued when the temperature drops by more than 10 degrees from the previous day to below 3 degrees, or when morning lows are expected to last more than two days below minus 12 degrees Celsius.
