600-unit apartment complex in Bundang without power...inconvenience to the residents

A power outage occurred at around 1 p.m. today (2nd) at a 600-unit apartment complex in Seohyeon-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Residents experienced inconveniences, such as being trapped in elevators.

The power outage occurred when the facility that supplies power to the apartment complex broke down.

KEPCO said it completed the replacement of the facility around 5 p.m.

However, it is expected that it will take some time to completely restore the apartment's electrical facilities because they also need to be replaced.
