Consumer price growth remained in the 1% range for three months.
Consumer prices rose 1.5% last month from the same month a year ago, according to November's consumer price trends released by Statistics Korea.
Consumer price growth slowed to 1% for the third month after falling to 1.6% in September, down to 1.3% in October.
The core price food and energy exclusion index rose 1.9% and the living price index rose 1.6%.
By item, agricultural, livestock, and marine products rose 1.0%, and industrial products rose 0.6%.
While apples fell 8.9% and green onions fell 20.7%, vegetable inflation continued to be around 10%.
Radishes rose 62.5%, pumpkins rose 42.5%, and cucumbers rose 27.6%.
Oil prices fell 5.3%, compared with 3.4% for gasoline and 10.4% for diesel.
