The Fair Trade Commission has launched sanctions against Xu Yin, a Chinese e-commerce company that has continued to operate in Korea without registration as a mail order business operator.

The Fair Trade Commission recently sent a review report containing sanctions on Xu Yin for violating the e-commerce law.

Under the E-Commerce Act, online shopping mall operators are required to report their names, e-mail addresses, Internet domain names, and server locations to local governments, but Xu-in has continued to operate in Korea without reporting.

The Fair Trade Commission previously sent a review report on AliExpress and Temu's undeclared mail order business.
