The price of Bitcoin, a cryptocurrency giant, once exceeded $105,000 and hit an all-time high again in 11 days.
According to Coinbase, a cryptocurrency exchange, as of 6:25 p.m. Eastern time on the 15th, the price of each bitcoin was $105,87 dollars, up 3.63% from 24 hours ago, and 150.9 million won in our money.
This is the first time Bitcoin has exceeded $105,000.
The price increase appears to reflect expectations of a market boom ahead of Christmas, as well as expectations of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's pro-virtual currency policy, more than a month before he takes office.
Tony Sycamore, an analyst at investment intelligence firm IG, told Reuters the market now expects to top $110,000.
