Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon said he will actively push for rapid orders and construction of public construction works and ensure that liquidity can be supplied in a timely manner as the emergency martial law situation and impeachment overlap amid the construction and real estate recession.

Mayor Oh held an emergency economic meeting with construction industry officials and said, "It is time for stability and recovery."
