Lee Jin-woo, commander of the Capital Defense Command, who is considered a key figure in the civil war, has been arrested, including sending troops to the National Assembly.
The Central District Military Court issued an arrest warrant for commander Lee today (16th), saying there is a risk of eliminating evidence or fleeing.
The commander is accused of participating in the civil war, including the deployment of radiation soldiers to major facilities such as the National Assembly.
Lee is also a person who participated in the former Minister Kim Yong-hyun's "Community of Diplomats" with Yeo In-hyeong, commander of the Special Forces Command, and Kwak Jong-geun.
However, the commander Lee denied the charges in a statement today, saying that he did not know in advance that martial law would be issued, and that he thought it was his duty to defend the National Assembly.
