Kolon Life Sciences' Gimcheon Plant Fire...One person is inhaling smoke.

A fire broke out at Kolon Life Sciences' Gimcheon Plant 2 in Eomo-myeon, Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do yesterday (16th).

Fire authorities have issued the first stage of response and are mobilizing 30 equipment and 66 firefighters to extinguish the fire.

In the fire, one employee is being treated for smoke inhalation, and seven have evacuated themselves.

Among the 21 buildings, one of them was found to have caught fire.

Fire authorities plan to investigate the exact extent of the damage and the cause of the fire as soon as all the fires are extinguished.
