Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon criticized Lee Jae-myung of the Democratic Party of Korea, saying, "He was already immersed in 'playing the king' as if he had become president."

Mayor Oh posted on social media, "Living the economy with your mouth, killing the economy with your actions," saying Lee Jae-myung's double play is going too far.

Mayor Oh pointed out that CEO Lee told businessmen to meet and invest, but behind the scenes, the National Assembly Testimony Appraisal Act was one-sided, saying that businessmen should attend the National Assembly remotely even in case of overseas business trips and illness, and submit all business secrets to the National Assembly, which is "nothing short of a corporate investment prevention law."

Representative Lee then said, "Isn't it shameful to repeat deception in this way, including the financial investment tax and the revision of the commercial law?" and stressed, "If acting president Han Deok-soo exercises his veto power, he will be impeached, but if he passes the bill to kill the economy, it is rather a dereliction of duty."

He then urged Prime Minister Han Deok-soo to "do not give in to political threats and exercise the right to demand reconsideration proudly."
