The 2nd City Senior Welfare Center, which spent 25 billion won in Songjeong-dong, has 1 basement floor to 4 floors above ground, and will house hobbies and leisure facilities and lifelong education facilities.

Ulsan City predicted that an average of 1,300 people will use the new senior welfare center a day to contribute to welfare services for the elderly.
