President Yoon, who is focusing on forming a defense team, will announce his additional position tomorrow (19th).

As the problem of overlapping investigations between the prosecution, the police, and the Public Prosecutors' Office has been resolved, attention is being paid to what position they will express regarding their attendance.

Reporter Kim Chul-hee reports.

President Yoon Suk Yeol, who made his first position three days after the impeachment bill crossed the threshold of the National Assembly, will meet with reporters again.

Seok Dong-hyun, a lawyer who helps the president, said he would answer reporters' questions directly,
Attention is focusing on whether the specific position on the attendance of the
investigative agency will come out.

Earlier, lawyer Seok said that competition among investigative agencies is so dizzy that organizing is a priority.

The intention was that the prosecution, the police, and the Public Prosecutor's Office could not attend at a time when they competitively demanded the summons of the incumbent president.

However, as the prosecution decided to transfer the case of President Yoon and former Minister Lee Sang-min to the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, such "concerns of overlapping investigations" were resolved.

Even if they do not immediately respond to the prosecution's summons on Saturday, the need to organize their positions on attendance in any way has increased.

In addition, the president is burdened by the fact that the investigative agency's justification for "executing arrest warrants" has already been accumulated by refusing to comply with the prosecution's request for attendance once in a while.

This is why attention is focused on whether the announcement of additional positions will lead to a detailed defense outline and a timeline for the subpoena investigation.
