Breaking News Former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won is arrested for 'executing rebellion'

Former commander Roh is a close aide to former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun and a "secretary" who planned the martial law, and is accused of ordering intelligence officers, including Moon Sang-ho, to consider taking control of the Central Election Commission even before the martial law was declared.

The special forces arrested former commander Roh urgently on the 15th and requested an arrest warrant yesterday (17th), saying the situation of pre-mocking martial law was confirmed.
