800-unit apartment complex in Godeok-dong, Seoul without power...Half recovery

Yesterday (18th) around 2:30 p.m., a power outage occurred at an apartment complex with more than 800 households in Godeok-dong, Seoul, causing inconvenience to residents in the cold wave.

The management office said it believes the power outage occurred due to the problem of the apartment's own electrical facilities, and that it restored power to about 400 households at 10:50 p.m. last night.
