Kwon Tae-sun, chairman of the Korea Broadcasting Culture Promotion Association, said today, "I demand a sincere apology and reflection from the Korea Communications Commission.""That is the way to clean up the mistakes that have been turned into a tool of power and violated free speech and free democratic constitutional order," the chairman of
said at a press conference.

Earlier in August, when the Korea Communications Commission held a general meeting and decided to dismiss him, Chairman Kwon filed a lawsuit with the court to cancel the dismissal along with a request for suspension of execution.

The Seoul Administrative Court, which took charge of the first trial, accepted Kwon's request for suspension of execution in September and ruled that the dismissal of the KCC was unfair in the main lawsuit.
