I looked back on the moment when actor Song Seung-heon was awakened by a word from an overseas fan.

In the YTN cultural program "Culture Inside," which will air on the 21st, Song Seung-heon, who celebrates his 29th anniversary, will appear to talk about his thoughts and goals on acting.

Song Seung-heon started acting after a catalog photo of a fashion brand caught the eye of a broadcasting station official. At that time, he attracted attention as a youth star by joining MBC's three men and three women, the best youth sitcom.

In my 20s, I didn't feel the fun of acting. However, it is said that in a letter from an overseas fan, he felt embarrassed when he saw the sentence, "Live with gratitude to you for your job as an actor who impresses someone like this," and took the path of an actor seriously.

The work that made him mature as an actor was the movie 'Human Addiction'. Song Seung-heon said, "In the past, if you mainly played stereotyped characters, you will play a different role in 'Human Addiction' than before," adding, "Through that experience, you have become an actor who sees the wider world."

Rather than acting according to the given script, he said he was contemplating whether he could make the work more complete through careful character exploration and communication with the directors. He added that he learned the meaning of acting little by little in the process of contemplating it, and that he learned the attitude of acting together from seniors such as Lee Soon-jae and Park Geun-hyung.

Song Seung-heon said, "As I get older, I realized that their 40-50-year acting life is great," adding, "As I get older as an actor, my biggest dream and goal is to become a cool and serious actor."

In the recently released movie 'Hidden Face', a new acting transformation was introduced. "Hidden Face," starring with Cho Yo-jung, also topped the box office in the Korean film category on the first weekend of its release.
