President Yoon Suk Yeol has not received the impeachment trial documents sent by the Constitutional Court for five days.

The judge's review shared the status of service, etc., and attention is being paid to what kind of alternative they will come up with.

Reporter Kwon Junsu reports.

The Constitutional Court sent documents related to the impeachment trial by mail again, but
It has not been delivered to President Yoon Suk Yeol
for five days.

This is because the post office postman was refused to receive it even though he visited the presidential residence again.

[Lee Jin / Constitutional Court Press Officer: The status of the delivery of presidential documents is still undelivered, as it was yesterday (19th).]

Since the 16th, the Constitutional Court has been preparing for the first hearing on the 27th by sending President Yoon an impeachment resolution.

However, although a constitutional official visited the presidential residence in person, as well as the human and electronic document system, no related documents were delivered.

It has not been inserted from the beginning of the impeachment trial.

[Kim Hyung-doo / Constitutional Judge: (There are concerns that if the deadline for preparation for the defense is delayed, it will not work properly) We have to discuss that.]

The Constitutional Court also explained that it shared the overall situation, including the status of the delivery of President Yoon's documents, in the judge's review.

The final position will be announced on the 23rd.When President Yun

continues to refuse to receive documents, what is discussed as a viable alternative is that it was delivered by placing the documents in a specific place in a 'consideration of delivery'.

If so, the service will take effect, and President Yoon must submit a response within 7 days.President

Yoon has not proceeded from not receiving documents to appointing a lawyer, raising concerns that both the investigation into the rebellion and the impeachment trial could be slow.
