The Military Human Rights Center said that the police measure that banned the rally in front of the presidential residence has been suspended by a court decision, and that it will hold a rally tomorrow (21st) as planned.

The Military Human Rights Center said the Seoul Administrative Court cited some of the applications for suspension of execution, acknowledging that banning the assembly would cause damage that is difficult to recover.

Accordingly, he stressed that he will do his best to prepare for the "citizen arrest warrant" to be delivered to the president through a rally in front of his residence at 11 a.m. tomorrow.

Earlier, when the Military Human Rights Center reported that it would hold a "rally to urge the arrest of the president" in front of its official residence, police issued a notice of prohibition on the grounds that it is highly likely to harm the privacy of residents or seriously interfere with military operations.
