North Korea's personal records published at the end of each year by the Ministry of Unification reflected the abolition of the South Korean organization and reorganization of the Foreign Ministry under the "two hostile state theory."

According to the Ministry of Unification's "Personal Records 2024 by North Korean Agency," the existing Labor Party's Unification Front Department was renamed to the 10 Labor Party countries, and the abolished National Reconciliation Council and the North Korean Committee for the June 15 Joint Declaration were deleted.

In addition, the Foreign Policy Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which appeared in the North Korean media since May this year, was added, and the Chosun Foreign Culture Liaison Committee, an external organization under the party, moved to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and changed its name to the Chosun Foreign Culture Exchange Association.

At the same time, an official from the Ministry of Unification evaluated that Noh Kwang-chul and Bang Doo-seop were selected for the Defense and Social Safety Awards, respectively, and that they would have been included in the party's Central Committee politburo members, candidates, and the party's Central Military Commission.
