'Induce North Korean attack in the NLL', is expected to be a major clue to reveal the whole martial law situation.

Let's connect with the reporter and hear more about it. Reporter Lim Yejin!

Yes, this is the National Investigation Headquarters of the National Police Agency.

[Anchor] Roh Sang-won, the former commander of the
'December 3 Emergency Command', was sent today, right?

[Reporter]
Yes, former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won was arrested by the police on the 15th and arrested three days later.

It was reported that he made few statements in the police investigation, but he was eventually handed over to the prosecution at around 7:20 this morning on charges of executing rebellion and abusing his authority.Former commander Roh

exited the detention center, covering his face with a hat and mask. When asked by reporters whether they discussed the contents of the

' notebook with whom' and whether they discussed the emergency martial law with President Yoon Suk Yeol in person, they got into the convoy without any answers.

Let's listen to it for ourselves.

[Roh Sang-won / Former intelligence commander: (Who did you write to kill in your notebook?)]. (Who did you discuss the note with?) …. (How did you try to induce the NLL attack on North Korea?) .... (Did you communicate directly with the emergency martial law President Yoon?). (Are you trying to set up a separate investigation team?)….]

Former commander Roh is accused of pre-mocking emergency martial law with former and current soldiers at a hamburger store in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, on the 1st and 3rd.

Through this meeting, the special police investigation team suspects that former commander Roh tried to form an "investigation second group" under the Joint Investigation Headquarters and take control of the Central Election Commission.

The release of the contents of the former commander Roh's notebook has caused a stir, right?

[Reporter]
Yes, the police raided a branch in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, run by former commander Roh on the 15th and secured a handwritten notebook of about 60 pages containing martial law.

Police said the notebook referred to politicians, journalists, religious people, trade unions and judges as "collection targets," along with the expression "parliamentary blockade," with some real names also written on it.

The police said they interpreted "collection" as an arrest, and explained that even "acceptance and disposal methods" were mentioned for them.

When asked at the National Assembly yesterday if the notebook also contained the expression "killing," Woo Jong-soo, head of the National Investigation Division, replied that it was true.

It was also found that there was a phrase "NLL, induce North Korea to attack on the Northern Limit Line."

Earlier, there were a series of allegations that martial law forces, centered on the opposition party, tried to provoke North Korea to create the legitimacy of emergency martial law, and clues were found to support this.

If the circumstances that actually led to North Korea's provocation are confirmed, the investigation could be extended to foreign exchange crimes in addition to allegations of rebellion.

In the future, the prosecution's investigation is expected to focus on revealing whether the contents of the notebook were reported to President Yoon Suk Yeol through former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun.
