■ In the early morning of the 4th, shortly after the declaration of the emergency martial law, CCTV footage of martial law troops dispatched around the National Assembly Speaker's official residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul, was released. Even after the resolution to lift the emergency martial law was passed, it was seen wandering around the diplomatic mission and withdrawing only after it was lifted through a cabinet meeting.

■ Yoon Suk Yeol's president said it is difficult to comply with the second summons notification from the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit scheduled for tomorrow.
