Roh Sang-won, a former intelligence commander suspected of planning a rebellion by leading the so-called "Lotteria Meeting, Hamburger Meeting," has been sent to the prosecution in custody.
He will be investigated by the prosecution for up to 20 days, and the key is whether he can find a link with President Yoon Suk Yeol by sorting out the authenticity of the contents of his handwritten notebook.

A man with his face covered with a hat and mask walks out of the detention center.
Roh Sang-won, a former intelligence commander who was pointed out as a secret line of the emergency martial law incident, is being sent to the prosecution.
Roh, who appeared for the first time in 10 days after his emergency arrest on the 15th, got into the vehicle with his mouth firmly closed.
[Sangwon Roh / Former Intelligence Commander: (What role did you play after the martial law?)]. (Did you plan the 2nd martial law after the martial law?).]
{노}Former commander Roh is accused of pre-mocking emergency martial law at a hamburger store in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, on the 1st and 3rd.
The police special investigation team found that at the meeting, they set up an informal organization called "Investigation Group 2" under the Joint Investigation Headquarters of the martial law command and discussed the control of the Central Election Commission.
In particular, Roh's handwritten notebook also found signs of specifically planning martial law, such as "collection targets," "processing," and "killing," "blocking the National Assembly," and "inducing North Korea's attacks in the NLL."
However, it is still unclear to what extent of the notebook is true, as former commander Roh refused to make a statement and former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun did not respond to the investigation.
The prosecution, which took over the case, will conduct a reinforcement investigation for up to 20 days, and will find out how much former commander Roh was involved in the martial law plan and implementation process.
In addition, it is expected to focus on finding a connection with President Yoon Suk Yeol, the peak of the civil war beyond former Minister Kim.
