Police have booked the 2nd stage of the investigation discussed by former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won at the "Hamburger Meeting" and the 2nd Armored Brigade commander of the Gusamhoe, who was supposed to be the head of the 2nd investigation team.

In particular, the commander of the tank unit, the commander of the brigade, was found to have been waiting at the Pangyo intelligence office at the time of martial law, raising suspicions that martial law forces were even trying to mobilize the tank unit.

The police booked the second armored brigade commander of the Gusamhoe and Bang Jung-hwan, the innovation planning officer of the Ministry of National Defense, who attended the second hamburger meeting on the 3rd and notified him of the summons.

It was found that they were scheduled to be the head and deputy head of the second investigation team planned by former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won.

In particular, it was confirmed that the commander of the brigade stayed in the 100th Brigade of Intelligence in Pangyo during martial law, which caused controversy. The 2nd Armored Brigade, led by the commander of the

Brigade, is located in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, closest to Seoul, and advanced to Seoul as a rebel during the December 12 military revolt and took control of government agencies.

As such, suspicions are raised that the emergency martial law was also trying to mobilize a tank unit led by the commander of the brigade.

However, the Ministry of National Defense explained that there was no actual troop movement of tanks.

Police transferred intelligence agents Kim Bong-gyu and Jeong Seong-wook, who are suspected of civil war and abuse of authority, to the high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office investigating the intelligence commander Moon Sang-ho as participants in the first hamburger meeting.

As a result, the police booked all former and current soldiers, including former commander Roh, who were confirmed to have participated in the hamburger meeting as suspects.

The police are also speeding up their emergency investigation by handing over Colonel Ko Dong-hee, the intelligence planning chief suspected of being involved in the mission to take control of the election committee, to the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit in Pangyo.
