The government has decided to raise travel warnings in parts of Myanmar, where crime damage such as employment fraud for Koreans is increasing, to a travel ban.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that from today, the travel warning in Myanmar's Miyawadi region, which is the third stage of the departure recommendation, will be raised to the fourth stage, which is a travel ban.
If you visit or stay in an area where the travel ban has been issued, you can be punished according to relevant regulations such as the Passport Act.
Thailand's tight state, which borders the Miyawadi region, will raise its travel warning from stage 1 to stage 2 of travel restrictions as the number of illegal employment fraud-related smuggling cases increases.
At the same time, seven states, including Mexico's Sinaloa state and Ecuador's Guayas, will be issued with the third stage of the recommendation to leave the country due to the deteriorating security situation.
