Minjoo pushes for impeachment after Han Deok-soo's statement on 'request for agreement between the ruling and opposition parties'
In the case of refusal of the Supreme Court, a claim of 'serial impeachment of State Council members' is also raised.
People's Power "Can't Appoint Acting President Constitutional Judge"
Do you want to maintain a "six-member system" that is difficult to impeach if one opposes it?

The appointment of a constitutional judge is cited as the background of the unprecedented situation in which Prime Minister Han Deok-soo, who served as acting president, was suspended due to impeachment.
Since it is a matter directly related to the early presidential election of Democratic Party Chairman Lee Jae-myung, there is a fight between concessions, and many point out that politicians have fallen into self-doubt in the process.
Reporter Kim Kyung-soo reports.

The decisive moment for the Democratic Party of Korea, which struggled until just before the impeachment motion, to impeach acting President Han Deok-soo was the appointment of a constitutional judge.
The Democratic Party of Korea immediately began impeachment proceedings in response to an acting public statement asking the ruling and opposition parties to agree on whether to appoint three currently vacant judges.
[Park Chan-dae / floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea (26th): It was a statement acknowledging that he was not an acting president but an acting president for civil war.]
The Democratic Party also pressed Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Choi Sang-mok, who took over as acting president after Prime Minister Han, to appoint a constitutional judge as soon as possible.
Some even argued that if Deputy Prime Minister Choi refuses, the members of the State Council who will take over the acting post should be "impeached consecutively."
[Jang Kyung-tae / Rep. of the Democratic Party of Korea (SBS Radio 'Kim Tae-hyun's Political Show' on the 27th): If that happens, I think we should impeach several members of the State Council together.]
Even though they know that a series of impeachment may cause confusion, the Democratic Party of Korea has launched a strong offensive because of its judgment that time should not be delayed.
The ostensible reason is that the results of the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk Yeol must be released as soon as possible to stabilize the political situation and economy.
[Lee Jae-myung / Representative of the Democratic Party of Korea (27th): The only way to normalize the Republic of Korea is to quickly find the root cause of the insurgent forces.]
At the same time, it is also read that the defense will not be subjected to the passport's aim.
Analysts say the move is aimed at preventing the delay in the Constitutional Court's conclusion and the conviction of Lee Jae-myung in the election law first, making it impossible to run for president.
[Kim Min-seok / Supreme Council member of the Democratic Party of Korea (27th): Are you saying that we should go with 6 (constitutional judges) and wait to become 4 to go into the chaos of the impossibility of a civil war trial and the permanent continuation of the acting president?]
However, the power of the people has not given way to the argument that the acting president does not have the authority to appoint a constitutional judge until the conclusion of the Constitutional Court is reached.
If even one person opposes it, it is interpreted that the current six-member system, which is difficult to cite for impeachment, should be maintained.
However, it is burdensome to see that the legal profession has the authority to appoint.
[Cho Han-chang / Constitutional Judge Candidate (Recommended by the People, 24th): (Rep. Kim Ki-pyo of the Democratic Party: You think the acting president should appoint you, right?) Yes, I think it is reasonable to the constitutional provisions.
In addition, there is a lot of criticism that it is against the interest rate that the acting authority does not go through the formal process of appointing a constitutional judge recommended by the National Assembly while exercising the right to request reconsideration, or veto.
[Jung Chun-saeng / Cho Kuk Innovation Party member (27th): It's the same as the head of the Central Election Commission not to issue a certificate of election to the elected member of the National Assembly]
Although confusion has continued for more than 20 days since the martial law incident, there are many evaluations that the bare face of our politics is revealed by prioritizing the gains and losses of each person.
