A Thai employee in his 40s is killed in a fire at a livestock house in Jeongeup.

At around 9:40 a.m. today, a fire broke out at a cattle shed in Ipyeong-myeon, Jeongeup-si, Jeollabuk-do, and was extinguished in 17 minutes with one prefabricated management building, a shed, and a 1-ton truck nearby.

An employee, a Thai man in his 40s, was found dead in the barn management building.

Police and fire authorities are investigating the exact circumstances of the fire and the extent of the damage.
