Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism dismisses all applications for a specific audit of Korea Football Association

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has decided to dismiss all of the specific audit re-deliberations applied by the Korea Football Association.

Among the nine cases demanded by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism earlier, the Korea Football Association applied for a retrial on seven cases, including the construction of a soccer center, amnesty of soccer players in 2023, and payment of advisory fees for part-time executives, but all were rejected this time.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized that the Korea Football Association should demand the implementation of the specific audit results in accordance with the original plan and report the results.

In addition, we will disclose the results of a separate audit on the alleged inappropriate dispatch of Hyundai Business Development employees to the Korea Football Association, which was raised during the parliamentary audit.
